This piece was made to capture a very specific moment.
I wanted to keep the feeling of the instant my friend opens my letter
that small pause, the surprise, and the warmth of receiving something made just for them.
By turning that moment into a pressed flower piece,
I hoped to save it in a visual way.
I also hope that anyone who sees this work
or anyone who tries making something similar
can feel a little lighter, and enjoy the small happy moments in everyday life.

The materials
This piece uses the same flower set as EP15 “It’s Raining”, mainly:
- White hydrangea petals
- A mix of small pressed flowers used as accents

Besides the flowers, I also used:
- A small envelope
- Twine (tied into a simple bow)
- Paper labels
- A 10-inch acrylic frame
The materials are simple, but the way they come together changes the feeling completely.

The arrangement
1. The envelope & bow are tied and placed in the corner.

2. began by placing white hydrangea petals into a loose V-shaped framework, creating a soft structure rather than a strict composition.

3. Smaller flowers were then scattered in between, varying in size and spacing.

Adding words
At the end, a small note is added by hand.
Just a few words ,something personal, meant for one person only.

✨ Glue & finishing note
For acrylic frames, I prefer using B7000 glue, applied sparingly, just enough to hold the flowers in place while keeping the frame clean and transparent.
