We ship worldwide from our studio in Guangzhou, China.

Processing Time:

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time:

• USA / UK / EU: 3-10business days
• Canada / Australia: 3-10 business days
• Other countries: 3-10 business days (depending on customs)

Shipping Method:

We use international ePacket or tracked courier services. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Customs & Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
