Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
Return conditions:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Sale items or digital downloads.
- Change of mind.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
