Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel at ease when shopping with us. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.


We accept returns in the following cases:


  • Item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.



Return conditions:


  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.



We do not accept returns for:


  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Sale items or digital downloads.
  • Change of mind.



Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
